Shipping policy
HG TCG currently ships within the United States only, unless otherwise stated.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Processing time may be longer during holidays, high-volume periods, product releases, pre-order periods, or unexpected business delays.
Shipping time may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors outside of HG TCG’s control.
All sealed trading card products, collectible cards, anime collectibles, metal cards, booster packs, booster boxes, and collectible products will be packed carefully to help protect the items during transit.
Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and retrieve the package in a timely manner.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing an order. HG TCG is not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
HG TCG is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages after confirmed delivery, stolen packages after delivery, or damage caused after the package has been delivered.
If a package is returned to HG TCG due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or unclaimed package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
