Return Policy

Due to the nature of trading card games, collectible card products, sealed collectibles, mystery packs, and blind box items, all sales are final once the order has been shipped, delivered, or picked up.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for sealed booster packs, booster boxes, collection boxes, mystery packs, blind boxes, or other sealed collectible products if the item has been opened, damaged, used, altered, searched, resealed, or tampered with.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted due to buyer’s remorse, duplicate cards, pull rates, market price changes, product value changes, or dissatisfaction with randomized contents.

Please review the product title, language version, product condition, region, photos, and description carefully before placing an order.

If you receive the wrong item, missing item, or an item damaged before delivery or pickup, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery or pickup with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and issue.

Refunds, replacements, exchanges, or store credit may be offered at HG TCG’s discretion for confirmed order errors or qualifying issues.

HG TCG reserves the right to deny any return, refund, exchange, or store credit request for opened, used, damaged, altered, searched, resealed, or tampered products.
