Refund policy

All sales of trading card products, sealed collectibles, booster packs, booster boxes, collection boxes, card sets, blind packs, mystery products, and collectible card products are final once the order has been shipped, delivered, or picked up.

Due to the collectible and randomized nature of these products, HG TCG does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, market price changes, duplicate cards, unwanted pulls, opened products, damaged seals caused after delivery, or products that have been opened, searched, tampered with, altered, or resealed.

Please review the product title, product images, language version, product condition, quantity, recommended age, and description carefully before placing an order. Product languages may include English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, or other versions as clearly stated on the product page.

Please follow the age recommendation shown on the product packaging. Adult supervision is recommended for younger collectors.

If you receive the wrong item, a missing item, or an item that was damaged before delivery, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery or pickup. Please include your order number, clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage.

HG TCG reserves the right to request additional information before approving any refund, replacement, or store credit. Refunds, replacements, or store credit may be offered at HG TCG’s sole discretion for verified order errors or eligible damage claims.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error from HG TCG.

HG TCG is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages after confirmed delivery, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or damage caused after the item has been delivered or picked up.

Any approved return must be authorized by HG TCG before being sent back. Unauthorized returns may be refused and will not guarantee a refund.
