Shipping Policy

HG TCG currently ships within the United States.

Processing time is usually 1–3 business days after payment is received. Shipping time may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other factors outside of our control.

All sealed trading card products, collectibles, booster packs, booster boxes, mystery packs, blind boxes, and related items will be packed carefully to help protect the products during transit.

Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing an order. HG TCG is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, lost packages after confirmed delivery, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal, or inability to deliver, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

For damaged packages or shipping issues, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package, shipping label, packaging materials, and damaged product.
